  • A little history

    At the end of 1911, the Hat factory of Timisoara was ahead of its time, employing more than 500 workers out of which 70% women. The employees enjoyed also numerous facilities: access to a canteen and a dance studio. With Paltim, we want to bring this area, along with its history, back to life and give it back to the community. Our aim is to integrate all facilities that will help you achieve a higher quality of life.

  • Waterfront living

    Paltim consists of three residential buildings with with commercial spaces on the ground floor, designed to provide a high level of comfort and well-being: a fitness center, café, clinics, and shops. Additionally Two of the old buildings, part of the former factory, have been preserved, renovated, and reintegrated into the development, carrying forward the historical value and heritage of the site.

  • Urban regeneration

    Speedwell aims to contribute to rediscovering the value of historic locations by restoring them and introducing modern, mixed-use functions, such as residential buildings, commercial spaces, and recreational areas.
