PALTIM’s residential component will comprise 344 apartments across three buildings, within a mixed-use development close to central Timișoara.

The first two buildings, totalling 236 apartments, have been completed, while the third will add a further 108 homes, completing the residential component of the project.

The residential mix has been designed for different needs and stages of life, ranging from studios and compact apartments to 3- and 4-bedroom homes.
