Located in central Timișoara, on the banks of the Bega River, PALTIM is a mixed-use urban regeneration project bringing together residential, retail and service spaces, green areas, and historically valuable buildings that are being preserved and repurposed.
Upon completion, the project will comprise 344 apartments across three residential buildings, ranging from studios and compact apartments to 3- and 4-bedroom homes. The first two buildings have already been completed, while the third is planned for development.
PALTIM also integrates over 2,500 sqm of retail and service space, with functions designed around everyday needs, including fitness, a café, medical clinics, professional services and other neighbourhood amenities. Two buildings from the former PALTIM factory are being preserved and brought back into active urban use through new functions.
